Pakistan militants attack U.S. Christian aid group, killing six (Los Angeles Times)

All of the dead were Pakistanis employed by World Vision, which has been helping victims of a devastating 2005 earthquake in the country’s north. Reporting from Islamabad, Pakistan, and Peshawar, Pakistan — Militants stormed the northern Pakistan offices of a U.S. Christian aid group Wednesday, killing six workers and injuring five, police said.
